The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), which is a division of the United States Department of Transportation, is the reviewing body for the trucking industry. FMSCA has published a pamphlet entitled, “A Motor Carrier’s Guide to Improving Highway Safety”. The guide produced by FMCSA speaks to the defensive driving strategies of truckers.
